Public Support: from Google to Office 365

Public Support is the only national deployment agency that specializes in secretarial support for Dutch governmental organizations. In 2009, while the recession had just begun, they started and have grown to over 300 employees. The basic principles of its services are: quality, fast response combined with flexible service and friendly pricing.

The challenge
Public Support, with offices in Lisse and Almere, has been using Google Cloud services for several years: Google Drive for document storage and Google mail for email and calendar management. However, the growth of the organization, the desire to define processes more precisely and to keep confidential information such as e-mails, resumes and contracts safe and available anywhere, anytime were reasons to look for a more robust solution: Microsoft Office 365.

Public Support started an intensive selection process to find a reliable partner to help them with the transition and they chose JSR. Within the organization, Veronica van Seventer was released from her other duties to guide this project. She already had gained extensive experience in structuring organizations within the financial world.
